I also keep brief notes about your sessions and progress, alongside appointment and payment records.
I only collect information relevant to providing hypnotherapy.
Why do I need this information?
Your information helps me provide safe and appropriate hypnotherapy, manage appointments and maintain professional records.
Under UK GDPR, I use information where necessary to provide your agreed services (Article 6(1)(b)), comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)) or meet legitimate interests such as maintaining records and handling potential claims (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long is my information kept?
Adult therapy records are normally kept for eight years after your final session, in line with professional and insurance requirements.
Children’s records may be kept longer where required.
Financial and administrative records are kept only for as long as necessary.
Records are securely destroyed or deleted when no longer required.
